, "This page, accessed by selecting Hard Disk Information from the main menu and choosing 'View Hard Drive Jumper Settings', provides a visual display showing the different hard drive jumper configurations for most drives.\n\nFollow the directions in the Quick Help box to find the jumper settings for a drive.\n\nALTERNATE CAPACITY:\nAlternate Capacity setting will change the size your drive reports to the computers BIOS such that for:\n- Drives under 33GB - the drive will report 2.1GB\n- Drives over 33GB - the drive will report 33GB.\nSee \"IMPORTANT NOTES\" below before using Alternate Capacity."
, "\nIMPORTANT NOTES:\nSee the Set Drive Size Utility for an alternative to using the Alternate Capacity jumper. On systems with BIOS problems, the Set Drive Size option WILL allow access to the entire drive capacity.\n\nUsing the Alternate Capacity jumper WILL change the size available on your drive. Once installed with this setting, changing it after the drive has been written to will not allow access to the remaining space - and Will result in data loss.\n\nIf the drive is moved to a computer whose BIOS does support the drive: Backup the data, remove the Alternate Capacity jumper and reformat the drive to gain access to the full capacity."

, "Maintenance Options"
, "The maintenance options include a number of useful services for maintaining your hard drive installation and for updating from an older version of the software. A description of each option is included below.\n\nCreate Ontrack Boot Diskette\nThis option will create an Ontrack Boot Diskette which can be used to safely boot a system installed using the Dynamic Drive Overlay. An Ontrack Boot Diskette is a bootable diskette with the Dynamic Drive Overlay installed on it.\n\nUpgrade\nIf you have a hard drive installed using a previous version of the Dynamic Drive Overlay, you can upgrade by automatically updating the Dynamic Drive Overlay and by writing new MBR boot code to all drives on your system. This option can also be used if you received the \"Error Loading OS\" message during system boot."
, "\n\nUpdate MBR Boot\nThis option will update the part of the MBR that contains the boot code. If the MBR boot code becomes corrupted or is replaced by another utility, your system may not boot and the Dynamic Drive Overlay will not be loaded. Re-writing the boot code will correct these conditions in most cases.\n\nUpdate Dynamic Drive Overlay\nThis option will allow you to update the Dynamic Drive Overlay (DDO) on all drives in your system that require it. You can use this option to upgrade from an older version of DDO, modify the DDO switches, or replace a corrupted DDO."
, "\n\nRemove Dynamic Drive Overlay\nThis option will remove the Dynamic Drive Overlay (DDO) from the selected drive. You can use this option if your system is using software that cannot coexist with the DDO. You may also use this option if you have moved a drive to a system with a BIOS that supports translation, eliminating the need for the DDO. If your system BIOS can support the drive as it is installed, the DDO will be uninstalled non-destructively. You will get a warning if uninstalling DDO from a drive will be destructive. Always make a backup of your data before uninstalling a drive.\n\nConvert Drive Format\nThis option will convert all drives on a system to use the Dynamic Drive Overlay if they were installed using another hard drive partitioning software. Always make a backup of your data before converting a drive."
